When you build a home with Barden, we will provide you a one-stop solution to design the home of your dreams ⁠— equipped with  engineering services, panelized framing manufacturing, home building materials and drafting and design services. 

Our in-house designers and engineers will work together to customize: 

• Creative designs
• Build plans
• Construction blueprints

All to create the right home for you. 

Once the custom home design has been created,  we will deliver it to an architect to stamp for approval. This will allow you to obtain building permits without a hitch!

The design team works to answer the home builder’s questions every step of the way, and ensures that quality is retained through every moment of the build process.

Most importantly, the design right off the bat is informed by the customer's budget — which eliminates surprise costs and wasted architectural fees.
