The Middleport cape cod floor plan has 1,703 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This plan, based on our classic New Haven II, was designed with downsizing in mind.

The first floor is designed to ADA specifications, meaning this floor plan is ready to be your forever home. Day to day it functions like a ranch home with an open floor plan and luxurious master suite, but has 2 second story bedrooms for all important family visits.

We've also included a kitchen image. Note that it's been designed extra wide so it will always be accessible and usable regardless of the users physical abilities. This floor plan also features extra wide entryways, walk in closet, master bedroom, and easy access laundry area as well as design considerations for a ramp in the optional garage.
