Based on our most popular 3 bedroom ranch floor plan, The Dawson, the Onondaga maintains all of the desirable features of the Dawson while simplifying its lines into a more affordable and efficient package and adding some modern details.

On the exterior we've cleaned up the foundation to maintain the overall square footage (1630 vs 1598) while reducing the amount of concrete needed for the foundation. Also shown here are some modern rustic gable details and subtle but tasteful stone and board & batten siding accents.

The open floor plan has been largely unchanged. The 3 bedroom 2 bath layout is the same, as well as the open great room. A wall has been removed in the kitchen for an even more open feel. The largest changes come behind the garage.

We've added a massive mud/entry area with a large closet and cubby area. Also note the expanded walk in closet with a second side entrance directly next to the laundry area for ultra convenient access! Large mud rooms and convenient laundry access are two design elements we put extra attention on for this series of new floor plans.

Also note the optional rear covered porch - a feature you'll see a lot more of in the coming weeks. We know that our outdoor seasons are short in the Northeast, which is why we all enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors as we can. Think of this rear porch as your starting point for building your dream outdoor living space. Plan to add an outdoor kitchen in the future, or maybe even a fireplace to make use of the space year round!
